We all faced significant challenges in responding to the pandemic and finding ways to keep our organizations growing and thriving while being forced into a remote working environment in 2020. Having our worlds turned upside down overnight tested our resilience and has taught us many lessons, both positive and negative, about what works and what doesn't when trying to conduct business from the kitchen table. Taking the lessons learned in the past 18 months, we’ll discuss best practices when it comes to:

• Importance of maintaining documentation electronically and securely
• Sound management of cash receipts
• Streamlining the cash disbursement process while maintaining adequate controls
• Maintaining internet safety
• Successfully executing an audit/review/compilation

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Login and call-in instructions will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar, along with any materials (PowerPoint, handouts, etc.), if applicable. The Collaborative Conference team will be using Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.
