Description

Relaunching Volunteer Engagement: A Time to Optimize Your Volunteer Program

Thursday, April 21 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Interactive Web Program

Presented by: Kate Scherr-Adams, MA, Founder & Principal Consultant, KS Solutions Consulting

Offered in Partnership with: KS Solutions Consulting | PennSERVE

Sponsored by: PennSERVE

What do new and returning volunteers need from us now? Learn what volunteers desire after a 2-year pandemic and how to engage them in a way that speaks to their wellbeing, allows for connecting with others, and recognizes their efforts. In this interactive session with consultant Kate Scherr-Adams, we will discuss this conceptually, and also share practical ideas and resources.

By the end of our time together, participants will:

  • Understand the current needs of volunteers
  • Learn best practices to engage volunteers based on current conditions
  • Develop ideas for how to adapt your program to meet the needs of returning and new volunteers

Note: In order to help us best customize the content for our time together, we've included a few extra questions on the registration form including things like how long you've been working with volunteers, if/how your organization changed how it worked with volunteers during the pandemic, and any ongoing challenges you're facing with volunteer engagement.

Now is the time to relaunch volunteer engagement and optimize YOUR volunteer program!

Single Login Cost:
$30 per person for PANO Members | $60 per person for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
Your purchase entitles you to a single login. Please do not share the login information with others, as it may interfere with your ability to join. If multiple individuals from your organization would like to view the webinar, please purchase separate tickets for each person or consider a group screening ticket (below).

Group Screening Cost (4-10 individuals):
$100 per group for PANO Members | $200 per group for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
If you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar, please have one person register selecting the group ticket. You can then enter the names and email addresses of up to 9 other individuals to add to your group ticket.

This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.

Can’t attend? All webinar registrants will receive a recording of the webinar following the live session!
