This is what Catalytic Thinking is all about – a framework of questions designed to bring out the best in decision-making, planning, goal-setting, and more.

Why questions? Because decisions, plans, strategies, goals, etc. are actually the answers to QUESTIONS!

It’s not you! It’s the questions we’ve all been taught to ask. Changing those questions will change your decisions – and your results!

This session, the first in an optional four-part series, will introduce you to Catalytic Thinking, the cause-and-effect framework that provides direct access to your brain’s higher functions of wisdom and creativity, creating a step-by-step path towards the future you want. • First, we’ll introduce you to the science behind making visionary decisions and plans.
• Then, we’ll walk through a series of questions that lead to the best possible results.

Through video lessons and dozens of pages of worksheets and study guides, you will begin to see in a whole new way. And you’ll immediately begin asking different questions, to create dramatically different results.

• How to move from reacting to creating (and how many of your decisions are more reactive than you think)

• The real cause of unintended consequences – and what you can do to prevent many of them

• How to take control of cause-and-effect (vs. being whipsawed by circumstances)
• Why people don’t buck systems, even when the systems make no sense
• What leads to discussions that build consensus, agreement, and energy, building upon the wisdom of everyone in the room
• How to set the stage for powerful results to naturally fall into place

• 60 minutes of video classes (to be viewed before the live session on February 14)
• 2 hours of live Q&A/discussion
• A recording of the Q&A in both video and audio-only formats (so you can listen while you drive, work out, cook dinner, etc!)
• The ability to ask quick questions of the faculty at Creating the Future FOREVER (applies to questions that can be answered in just a few minutes)

Your purchase entitles you to a single login. Please do not share the login information with others, as it may interfere with your ability to join. If multiple individuals from your organization would like to view the webinar, please purchase separate tickets for each person or consider a group screening ticket (below).

Group Screening Ticket (4-10 individuals):
$220 per group for PANO Members | $325 per group for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
If you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar, please have one person register selecting the group ticket. You can then enter the names and email addresses of up to 10 individuals to add to your group ticket.

This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.
