Description
Lunch ‘n’ Learn: Building the Board/Executive Partnership Presented by: Susan Detwiler, The Detwiler Group Offered in Partnership with: The Detwiler Group |
You know your role as a member of the board. You know the role of the executive leading a nonprofit. Now how do you work together? When the board and executive are a team, the whole organization benefits. When board members know and trust the executive, boards can focus on the future and the executive can focus on delivering the mission. Board discussions become more strategic and less tactical. While this session will build on concepts covered in Lunch 'n' Learn: Your Foundation for Board Service on June 20, that is not a pre-requisite for attending this workshop. If you’d like to attend both, consider purchasing a series ticket (20% off the cost of registering for each session individually)!
