Whether you are already a great listener or find yourself struggling, often feeling misunderstood in conversations with friends and colleagues (especially when you’re trying to help them!), this class will walk you through a way of listening for what is powerful, what is possible, and what is important.

• The brain science of what is happening when listening feels clunky or out-of-sync (and when it feels smooth and joyful)
• How to help people feel safe to trust, just by how you listen
• How to get beyond miscommunication and frustrating conversations
• How to avoid the Dance of Advice (and what to do instead that is WAY more powerful)
• What “good listeners” do that the rest of us don’t (and what you can do about it!)
• The one question that unlocks great conversation
• How to quiet fears and create conditions for peoples’ wisdom and creativity
• How to hear the powerful things people are already telling us that we are just not trained to hear
• How to find the real issue in any conflict
• How to lead from the middle, engaging in high-potential conversations when you have no positional authority

• Almost 2 hours of video classes (to be viewed before the live session on April 25)
• Study guide with worksheets and thought-starters to help embed your learning, while you watch or as a “quiz” after you’ve finished
• Copies of key slides from the video
• Additional readings – articles that go deeper into aspects of Catalytic Listening
• 2 hours of live Q&A/discussion
• A recording of the Q&A in both video and audio-only formats (so you can listen while you drive, work out, cook dinner, etc!)
• The ability to ask quick questions of the faculty at Creating the Future FOREVER (applies to questions that can be answered in just a few minutes)

Single Login Ticket:

Group Screening Ticket (4-10 individuals):
$145 per group for PANO Members | $290 per group for Not-Yet Members

This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.

Can’t attend? All registrants will receive a recording of the webinar following the live session!
