Storytelling as a Leadership Practice
Tuesday, January 30 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Virtual Workshop

Presented by: Erin Finucane (she/her/hers), Founder, Erin Finucane & Co. Consulting

Offered in Partnership with: Erin Finucane & Co. Consulting

What if 2024 was the year you became the most authentic leader that you can be? Effectively communicating your call to leadership is essential to inspiring action. This virtual storytelling workshop invites participants to reflect on the opportunity they have to create change and to develop their personal call to leadership.

The workshop will begin with an introduction to storytelling through the public narrative framework, digging into how it has been utilized by some of the world’s most impactful leaders. Then we will turn our focus inwards, exploring our individual calls to leadership: What am I called to do? What is my community called to do? What must be done now? And why?

Learning Goals & Objectives: As a result of this workshop, individuals will be empowered to:

  • Identify storytelling best practices and lessons learned;
  • Use their voice to successfully advocate for change; and,
  • Translate their values into action through storytelling/public narrative.

*Please note this workshop requires active participation in small breakout groups (i.e., cameras on and ready to share). Please plan accordingly! Additionally, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of this session, space will be limited to the first 30 registrants and the recording will only be shared with those who are present in the virtual room. If you are interested in this topic but cannot make the date, please email Christina Spadaro to be added to a waiting list for future offerings.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is appropriate for anyone who considers themselves a leader and is working to change the status quo.

Single Login Cost:
$30 per person for PANO Members | $66 per person for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
Your purchase entitles you to a single login. Please do not share the login information with others, as it may interfere with your ability to join. If multiple individuals from your organization would like to view the webinar, please purchase separate tickets for each person or consider a group screening ticket (below).

Group Screening Cost (4-10 individuals):
$100 per group for PANO Members | $222 per group for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
If you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar, please have one person register selecting the group ticket. You can then enter the names and email addresses of up to 9 other individuals to add to your group ticket.

This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.

Due to the collaborative and interactive nature of this session, the recording will only be shared with those who are present in the virtual room. If you are interested in this topic but cannot make the date, please email Christina Spadaro to be added to a waiting list for future offerings.
