Are You Ready for a Capital Campaign?
Tuesday, June 4 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Interactive Web Meeting

Presented by: Trina Walker, Founder & Lead Consultant, TLW Strategy | Roberta Greene, former Director, Public Library for Union County, and System Administrator, Union County Library System

Your organization is looking to raise major capital funds. Where do you begin? Before you rush to put on your fundraising hat, are you sure your organization is ready? Taking time to plan can save you from fundraising disasters down the road!

In this interactive session, consultant Trina Walker and former Library Director Roberta Greene will cover the key building blocks to have in place before launching a capital campaign.

  • If this is your first campaign, this is a great starting point checklist.
  • If you’ve done this before, the checklist is a good reminder of the elements you should have in place.

Trina and Roberta will share their campaign experience and a 10-step assessment tool to help you measure your readiness to proceed. Come prepared to engage in lively discussion, questions, and answers.

This session is appropriate for board members, executive directors, and fund development staff and volunteers.

Participants will:

  • Learn the essential building blocks for a successful campaign
  • Gain a tool to assess your organization’s readiness to conduct a campaign
  • Gain insights and ideas to develop the areas that aren’t quite ready

Please note that this course is designed to be an interactive experience; all attendees are asked to join by webcam and actively participate. This session will NOT be recorded in order to support our candid conversations.

Single Login Cost:
$45 per person for PANO Members | $100 per person for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
Your purchase entitles you to a single login. Please do not share the login information with others, as it may interfere with your ability to join. If multiple individuals from your organization would like to participate in this session, please purchase separate tickets for each person or consider a group ticket (below).

Group Ticket Cost (4-10 individuals):
$150 per group for PANO Members | $333 per group for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
If you have 4-10 individuals interested in participating in this session, please have one person register selecting the group ticket. You can then enter the names and email addresses of up to 9 other individuals to add to your group ticket.

This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.
