In this 2-session course, a subject matter expert from PANO partner Tech Impact will guide you through a structured approach to addressing important vulnerabilities and mitigating potential risks. Tech Impact's SecCheck assessment evaluates your organization's cybersecurity and compliance maturity and offers actionable recommendations tailored to improve your organization's security infrastructure.

Wednesday, June 5: Cybersecurity Basics

Cyber security upgrades should not be completed ad-hoc or in reaction to failures. A solid cyber security plan that assesses and aligns cybersecurity with your mission and program goals will help your organization be more productive and produce better impact for your community. In this session, Tech Impact will define the process to develop an assessment of current state. Tech Impact will also produce and deliver the final report to each participant.

 

Wednesday, June 12: SecCheck Assessment Findings

In this session, Tech Impact will discuss projects that can close gaps found through assessment in each category and prioritize cybersecurity projects to meet budget with biggest impact on mission, program, and staff productivity.

About the Instructor:
