Supporting Your Mission with Small Games of Chance – The Do’s, Don’ts, & Changing Laws in PA Presented by: James A. Jones, Retired State Police Captain, Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement

If you’ve ever raised funds for your nonprofit, chances are you’ve had experience with small games of chance (SGOC) – raffles, fifty-fifty drawings, pull-tab games, and more.
Some restrictions around SGOC that were lifted during the pandemic are back in effect. Plus, new bills have been introduced in the PA House and Senate that could impact organizations looking to support their missions with SGOC (in a good way!). But even without new laws to consider, the existing laws governing small games of chance can be subject to interpretation, leaving unanswered questions about how we run them and, sometimes, if we should run them at all:
This is just the tip of the iceberg – join retired State Police Captain Jamie Jones for answers to these questions and many more. Already got questions of your own? Submit them in advance when you register!
