Many nonprofits may have questions about the application of the U.S. Department of Labor and Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry overtime rules, including updates effective July 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025. These rules are complex and nuanced, and the consequences of noncompliance can be serious.
