About the Facilitator:
Jim Weischedel, HR Enhancement Solutions Jim Weischedel is the President & Lead Consultant of HR Enhancement Solutions, a leading human resources management consulting firm in the Lancaster region and beyond. He is a talented and experienced Human Resources professional with over 23 years of senior level Human Resources experience within several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, banking, education, and nonprofits.
Jim earned a Masters of Business Administration (with concentration in Human Resources Management) from Penn State University, and a Bachelors of Secondary Education from Millersville University. He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He has served on the board of directors of several organizations, including the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management (now LSHRM) as an Officer, and President of the school board of LCCS.
