Leading with Purpose: Advancing Nonprofit Excellence
Wednesday, September 17 through Friday, September 19 | 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Standards for Excellence Web Series
Presented by: PANO Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultants
|
Lead with integrity. Operate with confidence. Build lasting impact.
The Standards for Excellence® Leading with Purpose course is a three-day, peer-centered leadership intensive designed for nonprofit organizations across Pennsylvania. Using the national program of best practices combined with peer exchanges, participants will learn how to strengthen accountable and ethical leadership, increase public trust and build resilient systems for governance, strategy, operations, and fundraising.
Nonprofit professionals will work together in a collaborative learning environment where shared experience is just as important as expert guidance. Through peer discussions, you’ll assess your organization’s strengths and walk away with fresh ideas from colleagues who’ve been there, too.
Whether your organization is preparing for accreditation, seeking to deepen best practices, or simply ready to lead with greater confidence, this series offers a structured path forward.
Participants will:
- Receive training from Standards Licensed Consultants
- Complete a self-assessment using the Standards for Excellence® framework
- Collaborate with other nonprofits across Pennsylvania
- Build a plan to improve accountability, legal compliance, equity, and sustainability
- Earn a Certificate of Completion* to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to excellence
Who will attend:
- Leadership team members, including executives and board members
- People who want to be PANO Standards for Excellence licensed consultants
- People who are interested in starting their organization’s path to Accreditation
*Certificate of Completion:
