About the Facilitators: Greg Wilson, CAP®, CFRE, MS, Stick Figure Fundraising, LLC In his nearly 25 years of frontline fundraising and managing frontline fundraisers, Greg has served in various leadership positions – such as Chief Development Officer and Director of Leadership Gifts & Planned Giving – but he’s also had jobs where he’s had to process his own gifts and maintain the organization’s database. Greg has been involved in multiple capacities across a growing number of capital, comprehensive, and endowment campaigns. He’s led or been instrumental in planning and providing infrastructure for campaigns ranging from $3M to $100M+.
Greg is a certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) from the American College of Financial Services, and has earned a MS in nonprofit management from Eastern University and a BA in history from Lebanon Valley College.

Ryan W. Baumuller, Stick Figure Fundraising, LLC Ryan Baumuller is a strategist and relationship-builder with more than 15 years of experience raising major and planned gifts across independent schools, higher education, and healthcare. He has supported capital campaigns, portfolio development initiatives, and donor engagement programs, helping secure six- and seven-figure gifts while increasing philanthropic revenue.
Prior to joining Stick Figure Fundraising, Ryan served in development roles at The Peddie School, Rider University, Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, East Stroudsburg University Foundation, and Albright College, where he advanced major and planned giving efforts and worked closely with academic and institutional leaders to strengthen philanthropic support.
Ryan holds a BA in History and has completed professional training in Plus Delta Partners’ The Discipline of Frontline Fundraising and the Sharpe Group’s Planned Giving Strategies. His work focuses on:
