About the Facilitator:
Stephanie Cory, Principal, Stephanie Cory Consulting Stephanie Cory is a nonprofit consultant, trainer, and facilitator who has worked across every level of the sector – from grassroots organizations with no paid staff to international associations and senior living communities with more than $50 million in annual revenue. Her two decades of professional experience include executive director, development director, program manager, and now consultant. Stephanie helps 501(c)(3), (c)(4), and (c)(6) organizations strengthen governance and organizational sustainability.
A certified governance consultant through BoardSource and a licensed consultant with the Standards for Excellence Institute, Stephanie also brings more than 30 years of cumulative experience as a board member. Her work has been published in the second and third editions of The Handbook on Board Governance. Committed to lifelong learning, Stephanie earned an M.Ed. from Temple University in adult and organizational development and maintains credentialling as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
