Description
It’s 2025, and Pennsylvania’s new annual reporting requirement is now in effect. All nonprofit corporations and certain other entity types formed in or doing business in Pennsylvania must file an annual report every year, regardless of whether the organization’s leadership has changed. PA’s annual report requirements have been completely revamped, and if you fail to file on time, your organization can be administratively dissolved.
If you have not yet filed the new annual report for your organization, or want to know more about this new requirement, join PANO and our partners at Cheshire Law Group for this not-to-be missed legal briefing. The first filing deadline is not until June 30, so there’s time!
In this session, nonprofit attorney Morgen Cheshire covered:
- Which organizations must file
- When and how to file
- Consequences of non-filing
- Common areas of confusion & FAQs
- Other, related updates
*NOTE: This was an informational session; no legal advice was given to attendees. Attendees seeking legal advice should engage legal counsel. Attendees’ attendance does not establish attorney-client relationship with the presenter or her law firm, even if attendees ask questions and receive responses from the presenter.
