On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Ananda Leeke closed out the 2024 Collaborative Conference with her powerful keynote, When You Open Doors & Shift Power, You Become a CHANGE Agent. We explored together what it means to make the choice to shift power and open doors, as individuals and as organizations - when life is "lifeing" with so many "whats" and "hows" constantly up in the air.
On Monday, December 9, 2024, we brought Ananda back for a virtual CHANGE Agent Check-In, inviting attendees to take a mindful moment and consider what's working, what's not, and what we need most as we move forward through all that's changed since Ananda's in-person keynote as well as all the change that lies ahead.
And then, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, Ananda hosted virtual office hours as we settled into the new year to help us embrace imperfection in 2025.
Embracing imperfection in your work begins with you exercising your birthrights of mindfulness and self-care. When you choose to slow down and view your efforts as a work in process, you release the pressure to deliver perfection (which is humanly impossible). Releasing yourself from the pressure of an unrealistic standard of perfection is a revolutionary act of self-care .That one self-care act can create more space for releasing stress that comes from trying to deliver perfection.
Becoming an imperfectionist with a work in process practice is a moment-by-moment series of mindful choices you can learn to make. Check out this virtual office hours session that will:

identify the top three ways you want to show up in your work, top three things you fear and/or are resisting in your work, and what you need most to navigate your work

explore your own definition of what it means to be an imperfectionist in your work and how you can embrace a work in process practice
